The Fourth Trimester is the first 3 months following the birth of your little one. After months of regularly meeting with your OB/midwife during your pregnancy, you typically get one postpartum visit at 6 weeks and then you're on your own. These 3 months are filled with so many new challenges and changes. Breastfeeding, formula feeding, bottles, pacifiers, diaper changes, figuring out your sleep schedule...wait what is sleep? And then trying to adjust to your new body post baby can be a challenge. A big question is when can you return to exercise and where do you even start? I will help you prepare for all the unknowns of the fourth trimester after childbirth - holistic recovery and postpartum care, postnatal fitness and nutrition - I’m not just your pregnancy coach up until your little one’s birth!
Whether you are 6 months postpartum or 6 years, your body has gone through such an incredible transformation. I will guide you safely back into exercise, build back your foundation, and help you set new goals that align with your new lifestyle. Reconnecting your pelvic floor after childbirth is also key. We will work together so you can run, jump, squat, and do anything else you set your mind to (without 5 trips to the bathroom)!

Taylor was so invested in me throughout my entire pregnancy and even after my son was born. I was able to workout and continue lifting weights up until the day before I gave birth.
